    Happy Birthday!

My best birthday (so far) was when I turned 38. I was still a newlywed and everything was just perfect in my world.

My most memorable birthday is when I turned 15 and I got a phone in my room. I had my own personal line and I could get people to call me and not have to wait for everyone in the house to answer or interrupt me. But that year was also the year my mom went away for work for the very first time in my life I didn’t have her for my birthday. Then when I came home on leave in 2004 from being deployed I got to come home for my birthday. At that time I had a son and I was super happy to see him but my mom once again was gone for work. I had a food time seeing my son father and sister and brotjer but my mom was there. That hasn’t happened since then but those are my most memorable and thus my favorite even though they weren’t the most happy times in my life.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU…I have 2 favorite birthdays: 1. When I turned 4 and my mom had the Snoopy Snow Cone Machine sitting on my dresser so I could see it as soon as I woke up. 2. I came home on my 15th bday and my mom had put a new TV stand, big TV, and a VCR (yes, VCR) in my room. My brother and I shared everything, so to have my own was amazing. P.S. I’m really telling my age with this post. ๐Ÿ˜€

Favorite birthday memory… They were never really exciting because they’re all dead in the middle of winter so there’s not much to do and it’s right before Christmas so it wasn’t always celebrated as it’s “own” event but I would probably say when I got my PlayStation as a kid. I spent countless hours playing that thing, lol.
