And so it begins again.
The promises to make this year the best one ever. Going hard for the first few weeks and then slowly slipping back into old habits. Looking at my failed list from last year and hanging my head in shame.
No more, I tell ya. Enough of no love.
The things I hope to accomplish in 2013 aren’t complicated or outlandish. They’re completely doable and within my grasp. Actually, they’re goals I plan to work on for the rest of my life.
I present to you my Life Improvement Plan (which just happens to start on January 1, 2013 :mrgreen:)
- Develop a steady stream of self-generated income
I have two main business ideas I’d like to bring to life in 2013 that will allow me to make money using talents I enjoy and excel at. To help me stay on track I’ll be using 52 Mondays: The One Year Path To Outrageous Success & Lifelong Happiness.
- Live healthier
I’ve found that this goal is easier for me to accomplish in small steps.In 2012 I joined the Meatless Monday movement (and will continue to participate this year), stopped drinking sodas altogether, and stopped eating after 8 pm.
Next up is no more snacking and getting back into a regular exercise routine.
- Keep in touch
I have awesome friends and an even better family, but staying in touch with them has always been a bane of mine. I need to work on strengthening those ties be it through email/letters, calls, or visits.
